Return Policy

Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on zendure.com. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for a refund after 12 hours of ordering.(2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users). If the item has already been moved to the shipping stage so we cant cancel your order at this point. For change of mind, please contact at support@zendure.com.

Return & Refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) to Zendure within 30 days from the date of the item was received.Please contact us at support@zendure.com and include your name, order number and the item(s) you want to return. Our staff will reply within 1-2 business days. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users).Please note that :

  •  Any returned item must be not open box product.
  •  Any returned item must be returned with, product manuals, cables, and all accessories, we will not accept any returns if the product is damaged or missing in-the-box accessories.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable,customer assumes all shipping charges, or any other fees associated with the transportation of the product to our facility.
  • Zendure is not responsible for lost or damaged products.

After we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund. Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment used for purchase. Please allow a complete billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Replacement

Zendure will replace (at Zendure's expense) any Zendure product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material, and if it was unrepairable. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.Please contact us at support@zendure.com and include your name, order number and the item(s) information. Our staff will reply within 1-2 business days. After we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days to process your replacement.

The Zendure Care Team will make a final determination regarding warranty service with RMA report.

Step 4
Delivery the item with clearly RMA number on shipping label to Zendure specified address for processing.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is upto 2 years starts on the date of the item is purchased from zendure.com or an authorized retailer.Zendure also provides other special warranty period, please review your product's documentation for information about the duration of warranty protection. To verify your purchase and to better serve you, we may require information about your order (The sales receipt including date of purchase, order ID/number, and the name of the retailer) ,warranty card, and when applicable, your product's serial number.

Exclusions

(1) The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, theft, or confiscation of your Zendure products.

(2) The warranty will be invalidated if the product has not been used in accordance with the product documentation, or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.

(3) The warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from www.zendure.com or purchases made through Amazon stores as following,

(6) This limited warranty does not apply to any battery cell or product containing a battery cell unless the battery cell has been fully charged by you within seven (7) days after your purchase of the product and at least once every 6 months there after thereafter.

- Once You Place an Order, We immediately begin processing, the order request is sent to our warehouse and is prepared for pickup, it then usually takes around 3-7 business days to be picked up for transit.

- Transit Time can vary depending on the distance between your location and the warehouse but you can expect the item to arrive between 3-8 business days after pickup.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. (please allow a few hours for this to come through in some cases) This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. 

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@generationecostore.com

No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order. Some products in particular are available in Canada).

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order.

Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@generationecostore.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
