Free and Fast Shipping on most Orders
Free Shipping on All Orders. We ship to all Lower 48 States in the USA using the most reliable freight companies in the country.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means we have your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and can be shipped immediately. If we find that your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of the lead time and if its un-satisfactory for you we will then void the pre-authorization and will reach out to you via e-mail or phone call. If the item(s) can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Wrong Shipping Information
If your shipping information you provide at the checkout is the wrong address, we will try and track down the item that was sent out through ours and our suppliers shipping partners. No refunds/returns are available if the wrong shipping information is provided but we will try our best to track the item down.
If the item can be tracked down, fees of up to 20% of the item can be charged to re-ship the item.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, the items will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. If your tracking information had not been received within six days of your order, please follow us with us at hello@generationecostore.com
We offer free shipping on all orders and on applicable items and brands as well.
Typically when an order has been received, it will be processed immediately. After this, it will take about 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order, payment, and pick-up time to fulfill your order.
Once the order has shipped, it takes typically 1-2 business for your order to leave the warehouse. Freight carrier times vary depending on location, and this can typically be between 4-7 business days.
Shipping Concerns:
Please share all concerns about the delivery of your product to your location to avoid delays, frustration, and additional costs for your order.
It is important to note the following that can bring additional costs:
- Charges the freight company levies if an 18-wheeler truck cannot access the delivery location
- Transport restrictions for truck height or bridge laws
- Deliveries to Islands
- Road or access restrictions
- Delivery requires the use of ferry, train, plane, or additional courier transport
