This MRCOOL Mini Split of the 4th generation comes with all the necessary components to provide cooling and heating to three different rooms. The package includes a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, three Remotes, and three 50 ft. Installation Kits. The best part is that you can easily install this system yourself without the need for specialized tools or expensive equipment. Thanks to its enhanced Wi-Fi engineering, the MRCOOL DIY Multi is incredibly flexible and can be installed almost anywhere. 

Condenser

• This 5 Zone condenser is highly energy efficient, achieving a remarkable 20.5 SEER efficiency rating when paired with compatible MRCOOL air handlers.
• It is designed to work efficiently in all types of environments, even in extremely low temperatures as low as 5°F.
• Additionally, for your peace of mind, this condenser is the only one on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty, which can be easily activated by registering in the MRCOOL Care Program.

Air Handler, 18K BTU, Quantity 3

• The handler of this unit can cover a large area of up to 750 sq. ft.
• It comes equipped with versatile operating modes, including COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP, making it suitable for various settings.
• Controlling the unit is easy, as it can be done through your Apple or Android smartphone with the Smart HVAC app.
• Installing the unit is also convenient due to its light and compact design, which allows for easy installation on most interior walls using the included mounting plate.

Line Set 50 ft., Quantity 3

• The pre-charged 50 ft. copper line set connects the 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Condenser to the MR COOL DIY Air Handlers - 9K, 12K, and 18K, and contains the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant needed.
• By using this line set, you can perform the installation yourself without needing a certified technician, which can result in cost savings for you.

What does this package include?

In addition to the MRCOOL Multi-Zone Condenser and Air Handlers, this package includes various installation tools and accessories for your convenience. These include a mounting plate, anchor, screws, remote control, batteries, air freshening filter, seal, Allen wrench, and manuals. Optional items such as the MRCOOL Mini-Stat, magnetic ring, and remote control holder are also included. For 4-zone and 5-zone systems, a line-set adapter set is included. Other items like sound deadening pads, drain pipe, cardboard mounting plate template, quick connect line set, insulation material, non-adhesive U.V. tape, drain joint, and neoprene are also provided.
