This complete package of a 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split contains all the necessary equipment to cool and heat three separate rooms. It comes with a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, three Remotes, and three 25 ft. Installation Kits. The most remarkable thing about this package is that it is designed to be easily installed by yourself.

Condenser

• Capable of heating even in temperatures as low as 5°F, this condenser can operate effectively in diverse environments.
• For your added assurance, this condenser is the only one in the market that offers a limited lifetime compressor warranty. You can easily obtain this warranty by registering into the MRCOOL Care Program.

Air Handler, 18K BTU, Quantity 3

• With a coverage area of up to 750 sq. ft., this air handler is designed to provide ample cooling and heating for your space.
• It features multiple operating modes, including COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP, making it highly versatile.
• Additionally, you can easily control this unit through your Apple or Android smartphone using the Smart HVAC app.
• With its lightweight and compact design, it can be conveniently installed on most interior walls using the included mounting plate.

Line Set 25 ft., Quantity 3

• This 25-foot-long copper line set serves as the connection between the MRCOOL Condenser and the MR COOL Air Handlers.
• For Multi-Zone systems, it's important to have one line set per indoor unit to ensure proper system function.
• These line sets come pre-charged with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant needed and can be installed by the customer without the need for a certified technician, which can result in significant cost savings.
