This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 36,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and two 50 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!
Condenser
- When paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, this 5 Zone condenser can achieve an impressive 20.5 SEER efficiency rating, making it highly energy efficient.
- It can also operate in a variety of environments and has the ability to heat even when temperatures drop to 5°F.
- Additionally, it comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty, which is exclusive to this condenser on the market.
- Registering the product into the MRCOOL Care Program is all it takes to obtain the lifetime warranty for added peace of mind.
Air Handler, 18K BTU, Quantity 1
- The handler has a wide coverage area of 750 square feet and is highly versatile, offering various modes such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY, and SLEEP.
- It can be conveniently controlled through an app on Apple or Android smartphones.
- Additionally, it is easy to install on most interior walls using the provided mounting plate due to its compact and lightweight design.
Air Handler, 36K BTU, Quantity 1
- The handler can cover a substantial area of up to 1,500 square feet and boasts remarkable versatility with various modes such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY, and SLEEP.
- It is easily controllable through an app on Apple or Android smartphones with the Smart HVAC app.
- Moreover, due to its compact and lightweight design, it can be installed conveniently on most interior walls using the provided mounting plate.
Line Set 50 ft., Quantity 2
- This copper line set, which spans 50 feet, serves as a connection between the 4th Generation MRCOOL Condenser and the MR COOL Air Handlers - 9K, 12K, and 18K models.
- The line sets are pre-charged with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant, making the installation process hassle-free.
