You will receive a DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, one 24,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, three Remotes, and three 35 ft. Installation Kits. The best part is that you can easily install it yourself!
Condenser
- This 4 Zone condenser, when combined with compatible MRCOOL air handlers, can achieve a remarkable 21.5 SEER efficiency rating, ensuring high energy efficiency.
- Additionally, it can provide reliable heating even in environments with temperatures as low as -13°F.
- Moreover, it comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty, making it the only condenser in the market to offer such an extensive warranty.

Air Handler, 9K BTU, Quantity 2
- This air handler boasts a broad coverage area of up to 375 sq. ft. and is extremely versatile with its COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP modes.
- You can easily control this unit using the Smart HVAC app on your Apple or Android smartphone.
- Its lightweight and compact design make it a breeze to install on most interior walls using the included mounting plate.
Air Handler, 24K BTU, Quantity 1
- This air handler is designed to cover a large area of up to 1,000 sq. ft. and offers a range of operating modes such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP for added versatility.
- The unit can also be conveniently controlled using your Apple or Android smartphone through the Smart HVAC app, and can be easily installed on most interior walls thanks to its lightweight and compact design, along with the included mounting plate.
Line Set 35 ft., Quantity 3
- This copper line set measuring 35 ft. in length connects the 4th Generation MRCOOL Condenser to the MRCOOL Air Handlers. Pre-Charged.
- These line sets come already pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
- DIY Installation.
