This complete 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split system is designed to cool and heat three separate rooms, and includes all the necessary components for installation. The package comes with a DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, three Remotes, and three 25 ft. Installation Kits. The best part is that the system can be installed by the customer, without requiring professional installation, due to its enhanced Wi-Fi engineering and flexible design.

Condenser

• This 4 Zone condenser can reach an impressive 21.5 SEER efficiency rating when paired with specific MRCOOL air handlers, making it an energy-efficient option.
• Additionally, it can function in temperatures as low as -13°F, making it suitable for various environments.
• Moreover, this is the only condenser available that offers a limited lifetime compressor warranty, providing peace of mind to customers.

Air Handler, 12K BTU, Quantity 2

• This air handler has a wide coverage area of up to 500 square feet, and it offers a variety of operating modes such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP, making it incredibly versatile.
• Additionally, it can be controlled through the Smart HVAC app on your Apple or Android smartphone, making it easy to operate.
• With its lightweight and compact design, it can be easily installed on most interior walls using the included mounting plate, providing you with convenient installation.

Air Handler, 18K BTU, Quantity 1

• This air handler has a wide coverage area of up to 750 sq. ft., making it suitable for larger rooms. It offers versatility with various operating modes such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
• You can easily control this unit using the Smart HVAC app on your Apple or Android smartphone.
• Additionally, its lightweight and compact design allow for convenient installation on most interior walls using the included mounting plate.

Line Set 25 ft., Quantity 3

• This 25-foot long copper line set is designed to connect the MRCOOL Condenser with the MR COOL Air Handlers.
• If you plan to use the system for multiple zones, you'll need one line set per indoor unit to ensure the system functions as intended.
• Pre-Filled.
• These line sets come already filled with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant required.

What does this package include?

This package includes all the necessary tools for an easy installation, such as a mounting plate for the air handlers, remote control, batteries, air freshening filter, seal, drain pipe, and insulation material. Additionally, it also comes with an installation and owner's manual, remote control manual, Smart Controller Kit, plastic wall sleeve, sound deadening pads, and a cardboard mounting plate template. For the 4-zone and 5-zone systems, the package also includes a Line-Set Adapter Set and Quick Connect® Line Set for the refrigerant pipe. Furthermore, it comes with a fixing screw for the remote controller holder, remote control holder, MRCOOL Mini-Stat, MRCOOL Mini-Stat User Manual, magnetic ring, non-adhesive U.V. tape, drain joint, and neoprene.
