The 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split is a complete package for cooling and heating three rooms, consisting of a DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, one 24,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, three Remotes, and three 25 ft. Installation Kits. The most appealing aspect is that you can perform the installation yourself!

Condenser

  • The 4 Zone condenser, when combined with specific MRCOOL air handlers, can achieve an impressive 21.5 SEER efficiency rating, making it highly energy efficient.

  •  Additionally, it can operate in any climate, including temperatures as low as -13°F, providing effective heating. Furthermore, this condenser has a limited lifetime compressor warranty, making it the only one of its kind in the market.

  • To avail of the lifetime warranty, simply register it with the MRCOOL Care Program.

  • The air handler has a wide coverage area, capable of covering up to 375 sq. ft. It is highly versatile, featuring several operating modes, such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidifier), and SLEEP.

  • Furthermore, it can be easily controlled through the Smart HVAC app on your Apple or Android smartphone, providing convenience to the user.

  • The air handler has an extensive coverage area, capable of covering up to 1,000 sq. ft. It is highly versatile, featuring several operating modes, such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidifier), and SLEEP.

  • The 25 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers, and for Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure proper system functionality.

  • These line sets come pre-charged with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant, making the installation process more convenient.

  •  Additionally, the installation can be performed without the need for a certified technician, which means you can save money by doing it yourself.
