This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split system provides the necessary equipment to cool and heat two separate rooms. You will receive a DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, two Remotes, and two 25 ft. Installation Kits. The added convenience is that you can easily install this system on your own!

Condenser

  • This condenser is highly energy-efficient with a 21.5 SEER rating when paired with specific MRCOOL air handlers.

  •  It can function effectively in all environments and can heat rooms even at temperatures as low as -13°F.

  • Additionally, it comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty, making it the only condenser on the market to offer this type of coverage.

    •  You can obtain this lifetime warranty by registering the product in the MRCOOL Care Program.

    Air Handler, 18K BTU, Quantity 2

  • This air handler can cover an area of up to 750 sq. ft. and has various operating modes including COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.

  • You can easily control it using your Apple or Android smartphone through the Smart HVAC app, and its compact design makes it simple to install on most interior walls using the included mounting plate.

    • Line Set 25 ft., Quantity 2

  • The 25 ft. copper line set is essential for connecting the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers, and one line set is needed for each indoor unit in Multi-Zone systems to ensure proper system function.

  • These line sets are pre-charged with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant and can be installed by the user without hiring a certified technician, resulting in cost savings.
