This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split system comes with everything you need to cool and heat three separate rooms. It includes a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, one 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, three Remotes, and three 50 ft. Installation Kits. The best part is that you can install it yourself without needing any specialized tools or expensive equipment, thanks to the enhanced Wi-Fi engineering and flexibility of the MRCOOL DIY Multi. Setting it up is quick and easy, and it can be installed in almost any location.

Condenser

• It can also heat in temperatures as low as -13°F, making it suitable for all environments.

• With its ability to cover an area of up to 375 sq. ft., this handler is ideal for larger spaces.

• You can easily control this unit through your Apple or Android smartphone using the Smart HVAC app.
• Additionally, its light and compact design makes it easy to install on most interior walls, with the included mounting plate.

• This 50 ft. copper line set is designed to connect the 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Condenser with the MR COOL DIY Air Handlers - 9K, 12K, and 18K, making it easy to install your HVAC system.
• The line sets come pre-charged with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant, eliminating the need for additional refrigerant during installation.
• With the DIY setup, you can save money by installing it yourself, without having to hire a certified technician.

What does this package include?

In addition to the MRCOOL Multi-Zone Condenser and Air Handlers, this package includes various installation tools and accessories for your convenience. These include a mounting plate, anchor, screws, remote control, batteries, air freshening filter, seal, Allen wrench, and manuals. Optional items such as the MRCOOL Mini-Stat, magnetic ring, and remote control holder are also included. For 4-zone and 5-zone systems, a line-set adapter set is included. Other items like sound deadening pads, drain pipe, cardboard mounting plate template, quick connect line set, insulation material, non-adhesive U.V. tape, drain joint, and neoprene are also provided.
