The 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split comes with all the necessary components to cool and heat three different rooms, including a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, three Remotes, and three 35 ft. Installation Kits. The most advantageous aspect of this system is that it can be self-installed, thanks to its improved Wi-Fi engineering, making the setup process quick and easy. Additionally, the MRCOOL DIY Multi is adaptable enough to be installed almost anywhere without the need for specialized tools or expensive equipment.

Condenser

• This 3 Zone condenser, when combined with certain MRCOOL air handlers, can achieve an outstanding 22 SEER efficiency rating, making it extremely energy-efficient.
• Additionally, it can function effectively in any environment, even in extremely low temperatures of up to -13°F.
• To provide further reassurance, this is the only condenser available on the market that offers a limited lifetime compressor warranty, which can be obtained by registering for the MRCOOL Care Program.

Air Handler, 9K BTU, Quantity 3

• The air handler included in this system has a broad coverage area of up to 375 sq. ft. and is highly versatile, providing several operating modes such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
• Moreover, it can be easily controlled using your Apple or Android smartphone through the Smart HVAC app, adding to its convenience.
• Additionally, its lightweight and compact design makes it simple to install on most indoor walls using the provided mounting plate.

Line Set 35 ft., Quantity 3

• The 35 ft. copper line set is used to connect the 4th Generation MRCOOL Condenser to the MRCOOL Air Handlers of 9K, 12K, and 18K capacities.
• These line sets are pre-charged with the accurate quantity of R-410A refrigerant.
• As a result, the installation process can be easily executed without requiring the services of a licensed technician, allowing you to save money while performing it yourself.
