The MRCOOL Mini Split system's 4th Generation package is designed to provide cooling and heating for three different rooms. It includes a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, three Remotes, and three 16 ft. Installation Kits. The best part is that you don't need specialized tools or expensive equipment to install it yourself, thanks to enhanced Wi-Fi engineering that makes setup quick and easy.

PACKAGE INCLUDE

In addition to the 16 ft. copper line set, this package also includes a variety of installation-friendly tools such as a mounting plate for the air handlers, anchor, mounting plate screws, remote control, fixing screw for remote controller holder (optional), remote control holder (optional), MRCOOL Mini-Stat (optional), MRCOOL Mini-Stat User Manual (optional), magnetic ring (optional), batteries, air freshening filter, seal (for cooling and heating models), Allen wrench, installation and owner's manual, remote control manual, smart controller kit, plastic wall sleeve, sound deadening pads, drain pipe, cardboard mounting plate template, Quick Connect® Line Set (refrigerant pipe), insulation material, non-adhesive U.V. tape, drain joint, and neoprene. Condenser

• The MRCOOL air conditioning system is designed to be highly energy-efficient, with the 3 Zone condenser able to achieve a SEER efficiency rating of 22 when paired with compatible MRCOOL air handlers.

•  It can also operate efficiently in extremely low temperatures of up to -13°F. 

• Additionally, the condenser comes with a limited lifetime warranty on its compressor, which can be activated by registering with the MRCOOL Care Program, giving you extra peace of mind.

Air Handler, 9K BTU, Quantity 3

• This air handler is designed to cover a large area of up to 375 sq. ft. and comes equipped with multiple operating modes, including COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP, making it incredibly versatile.

•  It's also easy to control through your Apple or Android smartphone using the Smart HVAC app. 

• Additionally, the unit's compact and lightweight design makes it convenient to install on most interior walls using the included mounting plate.

Line Set 16 ft., Quantity 3

• The package includes a 16 ft. copper line set that links the MRCOOL Condenser       to the MR COOL Air Handlers. 

• To ensure proper system functionality, Multi-Zone setups require one line set         per indoor unit
•  These line sets come pre-charged with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant.

•  Moreover, the DIY installation process does not require a certified technician, allowing you to save money.
