With the 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split, you have everything you need to cool and heat two separate rooms, including a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, a 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, an 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and two 25 ft. Installation Kits. The best part is that you can easily install the system yourself, thanks to its enhanced Wi-Fi engineering, which makes setup quick and simple. Plus, the MRCOOL DIY Multi is so flexible that it can be installed virtually anywhere without the need for specialized tools or expensive equipment.

Condenser

  • This 3 Zone condenser, when combined with compatible MRCOOL air handlers, can achieve an impressive 22 SEER energy efficiency rating, making it a highly efficient option.

  •  It can also operate efficiently even in extreme environments, with the ability to heat at temperatures as low as -13°F. In addition, it is the only condenser on the market to offer a limited lifetime compressor warranty, which can be obtained by registering for the MRCOOL Care Program.

  • This air handler boasts a large coverage area of up to 375 sq. ft. and is incredibly versatile with multiple operating modes, including COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidifier), and SLEEP.

  •  Plus, the air handler has a light and compact design that makes installation convenient and simple, thanks to the included mounting plate.

  • This handler has a wide coverage area of up to 750 square feet and is very versatile, offering various operating modes such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.

  • Additionally, the unit's light and compact design makes it convenient to install on most interior walls using the included mounting plate.

  • The MRCOOL Condenser and Air Handlers can be connected with a copper line set that spans 25 feet in length.

  •  For Multi-Zone systems, it's important to use one line set per indoor unit to ensure proper system function.

  • These line sets come pre-charged with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant needed.

  •  With this feature, you can install the line set yourself without the need for a certified technician, which can help you save money!

These tools include a mounting plate for the air handlers, anchor, mounting plate screws, remote control, fixing screw for remote controller holder (optional), remote control holder (optional), MRCOOL Mini-Stat (optional), MRCOOL Mini-Stat User Manual (optional), magnetic ring (optional), and line-set adapter set (included with 4-zone & 5-zone systems only). The package also includes batteries, an air freshening filter, seal (for cooling & heating models), Allen wrench, installation & owner’s manual, remote control manual, smart controller kit, plastic wall sleeve, sound deadening pads, drain pipe, cardboard mounting plate template, Quick Connect® Line Set (refrigerant pipe)*, insulation material, non-adhesive U.V. tape, drain joint, and neoprene.
