The MRCOOL Mini Split of the 4th Generation comes with all the necessary components to cool and heat two separate rooms. The package includes a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and two Installation Kits of 16 ft. and 35 ft. What's even better is that you can easily install it yourself!

Condenser

• This 3 Zone condenser is highly energy efficient and can achieve an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating when combined with select MRCOOL air handlers.
• It is suitable for use in all types of environments and can even provide heat in extremely low temperatures of up to -13°F.
• Additionally, it is the only condenser available in the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty, which provides added assurance.

Air Handler, 9K BTU, Quantity 1

• The air handler included in this unit has a wide coverage area of up to 375 sq. ft. and is equipped with various operating modes, such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP, making it highly versatile.
• It can also be easily controlled through your Apple or Android smartphone using the Smart HVAC app.
• Additionally, it is designed to be light and compact, making it convenient to install on most interior walls with the provided mounting plate.

Air Handler, 18K BTU, Quantity 1

• The air handler in this unit can effectively cover an area of up to 750 sq. ft. and offers versatile performance with multiple operating modes, such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
• It is also equipped with Smart HVAC app compatibility that allows easy control through your Apple or Android smartphone.
• The unit's light and compact design makes it highly convenient to install on most interior walls using the included mounting plate.

Line Set 16 ft., Quantity 1

• The 16 ft. copper line set is used to connect the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers, and in multi-zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is necessary for proper functioning.
• These line sets are pre-charged with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant required.
• As a result, the installation process can be easily carried out without the need for a certified technician, which helps save money.

Line Set 35 ft., Quantity 1

• To connect the MRCOOL DIY Condenser to the MR COOL DIY Air Handlers, this package includes a 35 ft. copper line set.
• For multi-zone systems, it is necessary to use one line set per indoor unit to ensure proper functioning of the system.
