This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split system comes complete with everything required to cool and heat two separate rooms. The package includes a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and an installation kit consisting of one 16 ft. and one 25 ft. line set. The installation process is designed to be easy and can be performed by yourself, without requiring professional assistance. This system offers convenience and affordability, enabling you to efficiently cool or heat your home at your convenience.

Condenser

• This 3 Zone condenser, when combined with compatible MRCOOL air handlers, delivers an exceptional 22 SEER efficiency rating, making it an energy-efficient solution for your heating and cooling needs.
• Additionally, it can operate effectively in extreme conditions, capable of heating even when temperatures drop as low as -13°F.
• Furthermore, this condenser comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty, which is exclusive to MRCOOL products.
• Registering into the MRCOOL Care Program is all that's needed to obtain the lifetime warranty and enjoy peace of mind.

Air Handler, 9K BTU, Quantity 1

• The air handler included in this system can effectively cool and heat a large area of up to 375 square feet, providing ample coverage for your space.

• These line sets come pre-charged with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant, making the installation process easy and hassle-free.
• Additionally, you can save money by performing the installation yourself as there is no need to hire a certified technician.

Line Set 25 ft., Quantity 1

• This copper line set comes in a length of 25 ft. and is designed to connect the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers.

Additional Line Sets & Coupler

In case the default line set lengths are not suitable for your needs, you can purchase extra line sets separately. Additionally, you will require a coupler kit to join two standard line sets together.
