The 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split system comes with everything you need to cool and heat two rooms, including a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, two Remotes, and two 50 ft. Installation Kits. What's great about this system is that it can be installed by yourself with ease, thanks to its enhanced Wi-Fi engineering. You won't need any special tools or costly equipment to install the MRCOOL DIY Multi, and it's flexible enough to be placed almost anywhere.

Condenser

• When combined with certain MRCOOL air handlers, this 3 Zone condenser can achieve an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating, making it highly energy efficient.
• Additionally, it can provide heating even in frigid temperatures that drop as low as -13°F, making it suitable for use in all environments.
• To provide further assurance, this condenser is the only one on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty, which can be obtained by registering for the MRCOOL Care Program.

Air Handler, 12K BTU, Quantity 2

• The air handler included in this system has a wide coverage area of up to 500 square feet, making it suitable for larger spaces.
• It's also highly versatile, offering several operating modes such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
• Controlling the unit is easy, as it can be managed through the Smart HVAC app on your Apple or Android smartphone.
• Additionally, the air handler has a lightweight and compact design, and it can be conveniently installed on most interior walls using the included mounting plate.

Line Set 50 ft., Quantity 2

• The 50 ft. copper line set is designed to connect the 4th Generation MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers, including the 9K, 12K, and 18K models.
• These line sets come pre-charged with the correct amount of R-410A refrigerant, making the installation process much easier.
• Additionally, since no additional refrigerant is needed, you can perform the installation yourself and save money by not having to hire a certified technician.
